I understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. I kindly ask that you give a 24-hour notice if you must cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no showed will be charged 50% of the services scheduled for the time of services booked. Any “no-shows” will be also be charged 50% of the services booked. Repeat offenders will be required to leave a credit card number on file for future appointments.

Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will not be guaranteed service, may need to reschedule and will be charged as a cancellation.

I recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to ensure you have the appointment time that you most desire.


Payments & Gratuities:

I accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.

Gratuity is not included in the service fees listed on my price list. Gratuity is not accepted on credit cards; however, I do accept gratuity in cash.


Although I do not give cash refunds, all services have a limited time guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let me know within 48 hours. The service you received will be redone at no expense!

No Pets:

Sorry, but by Michigan state law, no pets are allowed in salons.

Child Safety Policy:

My concerns are for the safety of your children.

I understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself. I also understand that your “me time” does not always align with your nail appointments. However, my policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the studio. I kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children, (12+) capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind.

My studio is not child-proof. Sharp instruments and chemicals make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. I am dedicated to providing each of my guests with the highest level of services possible. I greatly appreciate your compliance with my child safety policy.
